Grandma and Grandpa's Autumn Visit

For the past handful of years, we've looked forward to an autumn visit with Grandma.  Some years she's brought Alea and the Franklin cousins along, some years she's brought Grandpa; but we can always count on her to be here in the fall!  We love this visit so much!  This year Grandma and Grandpa came together, and it was so good to have a little extra love in our home.

Ben's Teacher ordination was delayed a few weeks--we missed the Sunday after his birthday because we were out of town, and the next weekend the bishopric forgot.  In the end, these missed opportunities were a tender mercy, because it worked out that Grandma and Grandpa were in town for it, which was a very special thing to share with them.
