An Afternoon at the Mt. Si Links

Spending the afternoon with his favorite guys and a bag of golf clubs is one of Adam's choice pleasures in life.  So last Saturday, when Adam's parents' Stake held their annual "best ball" tournament (meaning that every round of hits, the ball that is hit to the best spot is the place all four players get to hit from on the next round of hits) at the beautiful Mt. Si Golf Course and Adam's dad, Dan, had signed up a Conlin/Franklin foursome (Adam, Dan, Adam's brother, Ryan and our brother-in-law, Zach), Adam was feeling the bliss.  They had a mid-afternoon tee time, so they golfed their 18 holes into the twilight of the night and arrived home late, tired but happy with many new golf stories to share: like the one about the mosquito that ruined Ryan's perfect shot, or the one about the large branch Ryan severed with a nice solid hit, providing him with a lovely trophy to bring home, and another about Adam's well-played hit through the trees that just happened to slam into the only branch that was hanging low, knocking it to the ground when he's positive it would otherwise have landed nicely on the green.  And there were so many more.  A lot of laughing was done, some golf was played, and a fantastic time was had by all.  Please note the amazing vistas this golf course provides.  BEAUTIFUL!

Your post is better! Except in that first picture you managed to cut out Ryan. And you, too, could enjoy the beautiful vista of Snoqualmie when you move here next summer :-)!!
